I find these subjects interesting in themselves, especially since many of us believe we are different from all other animals on the planet. The truth as many others know is different. We have the ability to use tools and create objects. On most other planes of comparison we are equal to other animals.
I decided there is way too much information to be encapsulated into a few hundred meaningful words. Instead, you will find selected comments and their links concerning Infanticide, Bullying, Abortion and Prison. We made choices for these people before they were even born.
You may form their own opinions, ranging from complete disagreement to intuitively seeing the links between these subjects, which are in themselves not obvious but will take some pondering and conjecture.
Some few readers will fall back on their traditional stanchions of simply choosing to ignore the truth. Choosing instead to hide in the Bible, selected biased history or, "because I don't think so".
"Currently, an astonishing 45 percent of the 6 million pregnancies in the United States each year are unintended. Every year, millions of women, married and unmarried, young and not so young, are getting an outcome — pregnancy — that they didn’t plan on or desire."
"Mothers may also kill entire litters when they are stressed, perhaps because the mother perceives the environment as too hostile for pup survival, or she perceives herself as unable to rear the litter successfully, so she recuperates some her energetic investment by consuming the young."
"Why women have abortions
"In a 2004 survey of 957 women having an abortion, one in four said their most important reason for having the procedure was that they weren't ready for a child or the timing was wrong.

In early childhood classrooms, aggression and bullying-related behaviors emerge and develop in relatively well-defined ways. Young children (ages 2–4) may begin using aggressive or early bullying behaviors to defend their possessions, territory, and friendships. Older children (ages 4–6) begin to use aggressive and bullying-related behaviors to threaten or intimidate other children."
"Proposing to substitute the name of Trump to all the site’s references to perpetrators of bullying, he shows how Trump fits the definition to a tee (with his use of threats, rumors, verbal attacks, exclusion and especially name calling, as in “stupid,” “fool,” “loser,” “clown”), and also how all his GOP-presidential-hopeful opponents, as well as the media and the public, have failed so far to respond appropriately.
"Almost 80% of inmates incarcerated in our prisons have spent time in foster care.
40-50% of former foster youth become homeless within 18 months after leaving care.
60% of youth earn incomes below the poverty line.
65% of children in foster care experience seven or more school changes from elementary to high school."
Agree or disagree, the truth in my humble opinion is how we allow other
people to be treated or not treated depends more on family and personal
economics than imprinted beliefs or social pressures. The more economically and educationally
disadvantaged a family unit is, the less real choices they have.
Sex is natural, birth control is economic. Wanting children verses having children is economic. Living well, on the street or living in prison starts with Economic and Educational Inequity. When there is little choice, you can change little.
